We collect your data once you register your interest in attending one of our courses via our Registration Forms or when you email us.

Where required (e.g. for Course Registration), we may share your details with professional bodies (e.g. Languages Connect) who act as independent Data Controllers, for the purpose of verifying eligibility. We only share the minimum necessary data to guarantee course eligibility. Data Protection Agreements between Aurélie Languages and these third parties are in place. Your data may be stored securely within systems managed by our service providers (e.g., email or CRM systems). These systems comply with GDPR.
We take appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure. Access is limited to staff and service providers who need it for legitimate business purposes. If data is transferred outside the European Economic Area (EEA), we ensure it is protected through appropriate safeguards, such as Standard Contractual Clauses (SSCs) or equivalent.
